Green Building/ LEED

We believe environmentally green buildings are good for the environment and provide immediate and long-term economic benefits for developers, building owners and their occupants. Our "Best Practices" reduce carbon emissions while improving water efficiency, energy efficiency, and the workplace environment. We help clients realize the environmental and economic benefits of practical green building solutions prescribed for their particular needs.

Environmental Health and Safety is an integral part of risk management at FCDC and we take the responsibility for the oversight and implementation of the company's health and safety programs very seriously. We follow these fundamentals to ensure on-site safety by implementing: working safely is a condition of employment, making injuries preventable, performing a job only if it is safe, practicing and expecting safe behavior everywhere, every day.

Each employee or contractor is part of our continual safety effort by complying with all applicable federal, state, local and company policies and procedures. This includes policies and procedures required by the state of Michigan and government Occupational Safety and Health Administrations (OSHA).
